Now that's a bowl of pasta! Post hour tempo bike with 5x1mile off and a 4:30 ride tomorrow morning around West Maui's.

0-10,000ft base ride but felt smooth and went just over 3hr.

Now that is Air Canada service! Six bag handlers for a short 15min hop flight. Some people complain but I love Air Canada, nice updated planes, good service and great Elite program and lounges. Oh Canada!!
